LATEST ACTIVISM CAMPAIGN UPDATES:
SUMMARY FORMAL COMPLAINT AND CLAIM
On 11th December 2022, my beloved 9-year-old cat FELIX suffered terribly from both physical and mental pain, as well as extreme confusion and panic, over a period of four (4) days, then he completely collapsed and died after.
All I had innocently and caringly done was apply a moderate amount of GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream to a few small dog bite wounds on his face, just after cleaning his small wounds and stopping the bleeding.
However, to err on the safe side, I used CAUTION and DUE DILIGENCE and checked both the tube and box for CLEAR INDICATION as to whether it was intended *FOR USE ON HUMANS ONLY*, or that it was either *TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS* or *HIGHLY TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS*.
I saw this as simply common-sense FIRST AID.
There was *NO WARNING* WHATSOEVER on the tube of cream, NOR on the box it was contained in, NOR within the leaflet insert, that it was *HIGHLY TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS*.
They wasn’t even the simple phrase *FOR USE ON HUMANS ONLY*.
Nor was there the somewhat ambiguous phrase *FOR HUMAN USE ONLY*.
Furthermore, the Information presented on both the tube and box, as well as in the leaflet product insert, stated emphatically that it should be “APPLIED TO SKIN”.
To my knowledge, as well as Humans, Pets and other Animals also have SKIN.
There was NO stipulation that it should ONLY be applied to *HUMAN* SKIN.
For ALL of the above reasons, I was reassured that my REASONABLE ASSUMPTION that GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream was *SAFE FOR USE ON PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS* was a CORRECT ASSUMPTION.
I, therefore, both LOGICALLY, REASONABLY and INNOCENTLY believed it was *SAFE*.
On this basis, I regrettably used GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream on my beloved 9-year-old cat FELIX, having clearly been SERIOUSLY MISLED by its Product Labelling on the 11th December 2022.
For another simple example of GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream easily maiming or killing, out of a large number of potential scenarios, a dog could very easily pick up and bite into a tube of it, after the dog owner accidentally left it on a coffee table, or unbeknown it was *HIGHLY TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS*.
After formally complaining to BAYER PLC (UK) in early February 2023, on 23rd February 2023 BAYER PLC (UK) sent me a legally-drafted formal letter which they called ‘a final response’ and stated that they “now consider the matter closed”.
However, evidently, the matter is most certainly NOT closed.
It will therefore remain an open and public Formal Complaint, until it is “finally fully resolved”.
BAYER AG, which is based in Leverkusen in Germany, has overall responsibility for BAYER CORPORATION in the USA, and BAYER PLC in the UK, as well as in numerous countries around the world.
Yet they have repeatedly, over many decades, refused to add ANY sort of *WARNING* to their GERMOLENE antiseptic cream product, despite the protestations of distraught and concerned pet owners and farmers.
BAYER PLC (UK) continue to blank me and ignore my correspondence for many months, since I first wrote to them in February this year, 2023, with FIONA CAMPBELL, their Consumer Affairs Manager, only providing a handful of clarifications in response to my brief e-mail questions. She informed me that the decision by BAYER PLC (UK) to refuse to change their product labelling, nor accept any negligence, liability or responsibility on their part whatsoever, for the great suffering and death of my beloved 9-year-old cat FELIX, was a decision made solely by BAYER PLC (UK).
I therefore then extended my Formal Complaint to BAYER AG in Germany and also decided to notify BAYER CORPORATION in the United States, of the same complaint.
BAYER AG’s new CEO BILL ANDERSON completely disregarded and disrespected my extensive and comprehensive complaints folders; he has also ignored my suggestion to meet up with either himself, or a relevant department head, despite myself notifying him that I would be in Leverkusen, Germany on Wednesday 5th July 2023.
Despite this, I went ahead with my short trip to BAYER AG in Leverkusen, Germany, where I insisted on speaking to a senior member of staff. Their Site Communications Manager HANS BERND-SCHMITZ came down at fairly short notice. He spoke with me both politely and sympathetically. He said he was completely unaware that GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream was *HIGHLY TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS*. He also said he had no knowledge of my Formal Complaint. He then promised to look into the matter. He also promised to check how many other complaints had been made about GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream. He also asked me to e-mail him all of my previously ignored folder contents, plus both my written and e-mail correspondence and attachments.
Once again, no acknowledgement or response whatsoever has been received to date, even two and a half months later, as of writing this Statement.
Furthermore, in June 2023, which is now three months ago as of myself writing this Statement, I made a comprehensive Shareholder Openness and Transparency Information and Data Request, which I have also shared publicly on LinkedIn.
I did this because my previous Information and Data Request was chosen to be flatly rejected, although admittedly this was partly because I had incorrectly submitted it as a Freedom of Information request, which only Public Bodies have to Comply with.
In light and shade of all of my above Statement, I firmly believe that BAYER PLC (UK) are both NEGLIGENT and RESPONSIBLE for the great suffering and death of my much-loved 9-year-old cat FELIX.
Indeed, not only so, but also numerous other Pets and other Animals belonging to other owners.
I, therefore, intend to make a FORMAL COURT CLAIM for Damages under the relevant Legislation.
Included in this COURT CLAIM, will be a Formal Legal Request to both the Courts and UK Parliament, for either New or Amended Legislation regarding Medicinal and other Household Products being either *FATAL*, *HIGHLY TOXIC* or *TOXIC* to Pets and other Animals.
I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT THIS STATEMENT WAS WRITTEN BY MYSELF AND IS WHOLLY TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING. ANY POSSIBLE GRAMMATICAL ERRORS OR OTHERWISE ERRORS IN THE TEXT OF THIS STATEMENT ARE UNINTENTIONAL.

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER FORMELLEN BESCHWERDE UND ANSPRUCH
Am 11. Dezember 2022 litt mein geliebter 9-jähriger Kater FELIX über einen Zeitraum von vier (4) Tagen schrecklich unter körperlichen und seelischen Schmerzen sowie unter extremer Verwirrung und Panik, bevor er völlig zusammenbrach und starb.
Alles, was ich unschuldig und fürsorglich getan hatte, war, eine mäßige Menge GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream auf ein paar kleine Hundebisswunden in seinem Gesicht aufzutragen, gleich nachdem ich seine kleinen Wunden gereinigt und die Blutung gestillt hatte.
Um jedoch auf der sicheren Seite zu sein, habe ich Vorsicht und Sorgfalt walten lassen und sowohl die Tube als auch die Verpackung auf eindeutige Hinweise überprüft, ob es *NUR ZUR ANWENDUNG BEI MENSCHEN* bestimmt war oder dass es entweder *GIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERES war TIERE* oder *SEHR GIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERE TIERE*.
Für mich war das einfach eine vernünftige ERSTE HILFE.
Es gab *KEINE WARNUNG* auf der Cremetube, NOCH auf der Verpackung, in der sie enthalten war, NOCH in der Packungsbeilage, dass es *SEHR GIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERE TIERE* sei.
Es handelte sich nicht einmal um den einfachen Satz *NUR ZUR VERWENDUNG BEI MENSCHEN*.
Es gab auch nicht die etwas zweideutige Formulierung *NUR FÜR DEN MENSCHLICHEN GEBRAUCH*.
Darüber hinaus wurde in den Informationen sowohl auf der Tube und der Schachtel als auch in der Packungsbeilage ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Produkt „AUF DIE HAUT ANGEWENDET“ werden sollte.
Meines Wissens haben neben Menschen auch Haustiere und andere Tiere HAUT.
Es gab KEINE Vorgabe, dass es NUR auf *MENSCHLICHE* HAUT aufgetragen werden sollte.
Aus ALLEN der oben genannten Gründe wurde mir versichert, dass meine VERNÜNFTIGE ANNAHME, dass die GERMOLENE Antiseptische Creme *SICHER FÜR DIE VERWENDUNG BEI HAUSTIEREN UND ANDEREN TIEREN* sei, eine RICHTIGE ANNAHME war.
Daher war ich sowohl LOGISCH, VERNÜNFTIG als auch UNSCHULDIG davon überzeugt, dass es *SICHER* war.
Auf dieser Grundlage habe ich bedauerlicherweise die antiseptische Creme GERMOLENE bei meiner geliebten 9-jährigen Katze FELIX angewendet, da sie durch die Produktkennzeichnung am 11. Dezember 2022 offensichtlich ERNSTHAFT IN DIE TÄHE GEFÜHRT wurde.
Ein weiteres einfaches Beispiel dafür, dass GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream leicht zu Verstümmelungen oder Tödlichkeiten führen kann: Ein Hund könnte aus einer Vielzahl möglicher Szenarien sehr leicht eine Tube davon aufheben und hineinbeißen, nachdem der Hundebesitzer sie versehentlich auf einem Couchtisch liegen gelassen hat, oder ohne dass es bekannt war, war es *SEHR GIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERE TIERE*.
Nachdem ich mich Anfang Februar 2023 offiziell bei BAYER PLC (UK) beschwert hatte, schickte mir BAYER PLC (UK) am 23. Februar 2023 ein rechtlich abgefasstes formelles Schreiben, das sie als „endgültige Antwort“ bezeichneten, und erklärte, dass sie „die Angelegenheit nun als abgeschlossen betrachten“.
Offensichtlich ist die Angelegenheit jedoch mit Sicherheit NICHT abgeschlossen.
Es bleibt daher eine offene und öffentliche formelle Beschwerde, bis sie „endgültig vollständig geklärt“ ist.
Die BAYER AG mit Sitz in Leverkusen in Deutschland trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die BAYER CORPORATION in den USA und die BAYER PLC in Großbritannien sowie in zahlreichen Ländern weltweit.
Dennoch haben sie sich über viele Jahrzehnte hinweg immer wieder geweigert, IRGENDEINE Art *WARNUNG* zu ihrem antiseptischen Cremeprodukt GERMOLENE hinzuzufügen, trotz der Proteste verstörter und besorgter Tierhalter und Landwirte.
BAYER PLC (UK) hat mich weiterhin ausgeblendet und meine Korrespondenz ignoriert, seit ich ihnen im Februar dieses Jahres, 2023, zum ersten Mal geschrieben habe, wobei FIONA CAMPBELL, ihre Managerin für Verbraucherangelegenheiten, nur eine Handvoll Klarstellungen als Antwort auf meine kurzen E-Mail-Fragen gegeben hat . Sie teilte mir mit, dass die Entscheidung von BAYER PLC (UK), die Änderung der Produktkennzeichnung abzulehnen und keinerlei Fahrlässigkeit, Haftung oder Verantwortung ihrerseits für das große Leid und den Tod meiner geliebten 9-jährigen Katze FELIX zu übernehmen, war eine alleinige Entscheidung von BAYER PLC (UK).
Daher reichte ich meine formelle Beschwerde dann an die BAYER AG in Deutschland weiter und beschloss außerdem, die BAYER CORPORATION in den Vereinigten Staaten über dieselbe Beschwerde zu informieren.
Der neue Vorstandsvorsitzende der BAYER AG, BILL ANDERSON, hat meine umfangreichen und umfassenden Beschwerdemappen völlig missachtet und respektlos behandelt; Er hat auch meinen Vorschlag, sich entweder mit ihm selbst oder einem zuständigen Abteilungsleiter zu treffen, ignoriert, obwohl ich ihm mitgeteilt habe, dass ich am Mittwoch, dem 5. Juli 2023, in Leverkusen, Deutschland, sein würde.
Trotzdem setzte ich meinen Kurztrip zur BAYER AG in Leverkusen fort, wo ich darauf bestand, mit einem leitenden Mitarbeiter zu sprechen. Ihr Site Communications Manager HANS BERND-SCHMITZ kam relativ kurzfristig zum Einsatz. Er sprach sowohl höflich als auch mitfühlend mit mir. Er sagte, er wisse überhaupt nicht, dass die GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream *SEHR GIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERE TIERE* sei. Er sagte auch, er habe keine Kenntnis von meiner formellen Beschwerde.
Anschließend versprach er, der Sache nachzugehen. Er versprach außerdem, zu prüfen, wie viele andere Beschwerden über die antiseptische Creme GERMOLENE vorliegen. Er bat mich außerdem, ihm alle meine zuvor ignorierten Ordnerinhalte sowie meine schriftliche und E-Mail-Korrespondenz und Anhänge per E-Mail zu senden.
Auch zweieinhalb Monate später, als diese Erklärung verfasst wurde, ist bis heute keinerlei Bestätigung oder Antwort eingegangen.
Darüber hinaus habe ich im Juni 2023, also vor drei Monaten, als ich diese Erklärung verfasst habe, eine umfassende Informations- und Datenanfrage zu Offenheit und Transparenz für Aktionäre gestellt, die ich auch öffentlich auf LinkedIn geteilt habe.
Ich habe dies getan, weil meine vorherige Informations- und Datenanfrage rundweg abgelehnt wurde, obwohl dies zugegebenermaßen teilweise daran lag, dass ich sie fälschlicherweise als Informationsfreiheitsanfrage eingereicht hatte, der nur öffentliche Stellen nachkommen müssen.
Im Licht und Schatten all meiner obigen Aussagen bin ich fest davon überzeugt, dass BAYER PLC (UK) sowohl fahrlässig als auch VERANTWORTLICH für das große Leid und den Tod meiner geliebten 9-jährigen Katze FELIX ist.
Und zwar nicht nur das, sondern auch zahlreiche andere Haustiere und andere Tiere, die anderen Besitzern gehören.
Ich beabsichtige daher, einen formellen Gerichtsanspruch auf Schadensersatz gemäß der einschlägigen Gesetzgebung einzureichen.
In diesem GERICHTSANSPRUCH ist ein formeller rechtlicher Antrag sowohl an die Gerichte als auch an das britische Parlament enthalten, wonach entweder neue oder geänderte Rechtsvorschriften in Bezug auf Arzneimittel und andere Haushaltsprodukte entweder *FATAL*, *SEHR GIFTIG* oder *GIFTIG* für Haustiere und andere sind Tiere.
Hiermit bestätige ich, dass diese Erklärung von mir selbst verfasst wurde und nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen absolut wahrheitsgemäß und korrekt ist. Eventuelle Grammatikfehler oder sonstige Fehler im Text dieser Erklärung sind unbeabsichtigt.

Well, folks, sadly and regretfully, my fair and reasonable deadline for BAYER Ag's, BAYER Pharmaceuticals', BAYER PLC's and BAYER Corporation's acknowledgement and response (or their request for more time) had passed, as of Wednesday 26th July 2023.
As of Friday 22nd September 2023, it is now THREE MONTHS since I sent my Shareholder Openness and Transparency Data and Information Request (which was received by each of them, respectively, within a week or so... all of which were sent tracked and signed for).
Just as importantly, on my activist campaign issue of toxic product labelling, it is now exactly three weeks since I went in person from London to Leverkusen, where I was promised a full response and also further data and information by Hans Bernd-Schmitz, BAYER Ag's Site Communication Manager. However, to date, neither he or his secretary have even so much as acknowledged any of the e-mails and attachments he specifically asked me to send him at BAYER Ag.

Dogs could also easily pick up a tube of GERMOLENE Antiseptic Cream in their mouths and pierce the tube with their teeth, almost certainly seriously injuring or killing them.
There is *NO WARNING* whatsoever on the tube of cream, on the box it is contained in, nor in the leaflet insert, to state that it is *HIGHLY TOXIC TO PETS AND OTHER ANIMALS*!
They won't even add the simple words *FOR USE ON HUMANS ONLY*!

Die Sache ist aber ganz gewiss NICHT ABGESCHLOSSEN!
*SPANNENDES UPDATE*
Im März 2023 griff eine nationale Presse- und Mediennachrichtenagentur meine Geschichte auf!
Am 11. Dezember 2022 erlitt meine geliebte 8 3/4-jährige Katze FELIX einen schrecklichen Kollaps und starb innerhalb von nur 4 Tagen, nachdem ich eine moderate Menge GERMOLENE Antiseptische Creme auf ein paar kleine Bisswunden im Gesicht aufgetragen hatte.
Hunde konnten auch leicht eine Tube GERMOLENE Antiseptische Creme in ihren Mund nehmen und die Tube mit ihren Zähnen durchstechen, wobei sie sie fast sicher schwer verletzten oder töteten.
Auf der Cremeröhre, auf der Verpackung, in der sie enthalten ist, und auch auf der Beilage ist *KEIN WARNHINWEIS* zu finden, der besagt, dass sie *HOCHGIFTIG FÜR HAUSTIERE UND ANDERE TIERE* ist!
Sie werden nicht einmal die einfachen Worte *NUR ZUR ANWENDUNG AM MENSCHEN* hinzufügen!

Germolene Wound* Cream
Germolene Wound* Cream is BAYER AG's second Germolene Cream product. It is called a Wound Cream*, which implies that Germolene Antiseptic Cream is not a Wound* Cream, but primarily an Antiseptic product. Whilst the latter appears to be true, Germolene Wound* Cream shares exactly the same description of what it can be used for as Germolene Antiseptic Cream does. Therefore, according to their own product labelling the only difference between BAYER AG's two Germolene Creams, is that Germolene Antiseptic Cream contains the highly toxic chemical PHENOL as it's primary ingredient, whereas Germolene Wound* Cream does not contain any PHENOL. We can therefore fairly conclude that BAYER AG's second version of Germolene Cream is simply a back-door attempt to gradually phase out and replace their PHENOL-based version of Germolene simply because it's main ingredient is highly toxic to pets and other animals. They don't seem to want the general public to notice this. BAYER AG have known for decades the huge suffering and death it can cause in pets and other animals, yet they have not once labelled Germolene Antiseptic Cream as DANGEROUS TO PETS AND ANIMALS and/or that it is FOR USE ON HUMANS ONLY. BAYER AG are clearly in no hurry to immediately or quickly stop their Germolene Antiseptic Cream continuing to maim and kill people's pets and other animals. Is that right? I'll let you decide!

Germolene Wound* Cream ist das zweite Germolene Cream Produkt der BAYER AG. Es wird als Wundcreme* bezeichnet, was bedeutet, dass Germolene Antiseptic Cream keine Wundcreme* ist, sondern in erster Linie ein antiseptisches Produkt. Während letzteres zutrifft, teilt Germolene Wound* Cream genau die gleiche Beschreibung dessen, wofür es verwendet werden kann, wie Germolene Antiseptic Cream. Der einzige Unterschied zwischen den beiden Germolene-Cremes der BAYER AG besteht daher nach eigener Produktkennzeichnung darin, dass Germolene Antiseptic Cream als Hauptbestandteil die hochgiftige Chemikalie PHENOL enthält, während Germolene Wound* Cream kein PHENOL enthält. Wir können daher zu dem Ergebnis kommen, dass die zweite Version von Germolene Cream der BAYER AG lediglich ein Hintertür-Versuch ist, ihre auf PHENOL basierende Version von Germolene allmählich auslaufen zu lassen und zu ersetzen, nur weil ihr Hauptbestandteil für Haustiere und andere Tiere hochgiftig ist. Sie scheinen nicht zu wollen, dass das der Öffentlichkeit auffällt. Die BAYER AG weiß seit Jahrzehnten um das enorme Leid und Sterben, das sie bei Haustieren und anderen Tieren verursachen kann, doch sie hat nicht einmal Germolene Antiseptische Creme als HAUSTIEREN- UND TIERGEFÄHRLICH und/oder als nur FÜR DEN MENSCHEN BESTIMMT bezeichnet. Die BAYER AG hat es eindeutig nicht eilig, ihre Germolene Antiseptische Creme sofort oder schnell zu stoppen und weiterhin Haustiere und andere Tiere zu verstümmeln und zu töten. Stimmt das? Ich werde dich entscheiden lassen!
